We provide on-site maintenance on a 24/7 basis, with a 2 to 4 hour response time within the tri-state area. Pricing for this service is based upon equipment replacement value and/or geographical proximity from our office.
All products under this program will be replaced overnight in the event of failure. Pricing for this service is based solely on equipment replacement value and product age.
This program provides extended return-to-factory warranty for any product that we carry. No spare is provided under this program.
